ID Solutions built the My Identity app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by ID Solutions at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Necessary Data
We want to inform you that for our service to work we will need to collect the photo of your ID card (in the form you provide it to us, whether it is a photo scan using our app or the data coming from the RFID chip of your ID card). Also when you create your account your provided voice sample will be hashed and transcoded to a voice print according to Microsoft Cognitive Services algorithm.
No other face or voice or any other biometrics data will be used nor stored on our infrastructure.
It is necessary for us to be able to authenticate your
selfie to the photo from your
ID card or your
voice sample to the voice sample you used when you created your account.
Deleting Data
You will be able to delete your account by accessing the Account section in our application. This will delete the only data we store on our server: the ID card. The transcoded voice sample will be deleted from the Microsoft servers also. No information will exist on our server about your account after this point.
Log Data
We want to inform you that we do not collect any data during the use of our Service, except crashes logged by our third party provider named above:
Firebase Crashlytics.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
